Having a salary discussion before interview

  • Try to have a quantitative figure of your interview result.
  • If the result is very optimistic, try to negotiate for a good hike.
  • If the result is average and your priority is a job change negotiate for a respected salary.
  • If the result is not up to mark and your priority is a job switch low negotiation is preferable to get the offer letter.
